I made this painting as a kind of farewell gift when a Dutch friend went on an adventure by emigrating to the United States of America. Although at the time I still hoped that she would go on a (long) holiday. 😉 The painting depicts three wise women during a full moon ritual while standing in a North American lake. At the bottom it says “For Sheryl” in Dutch but written in the rune script. Made and given away in 2006.
